Lauren joined MBG in 2023 to establish and grow the SaaS and Direct C&I lending verticals. Prior to joining MBG, Lauren was a member of Comerica Bank’s Technology and Life Sciences Group, where she was responsible for a portfolio of venture capital backed commercial borrowers. Before joining Comerica Bank, Lauren was a member of Signature Bank’s ABL Group, overseeing a portfolio of asset based lending customers. 

Lauren began her career at Bank Leumi, as an analyst on a middle market team, specializing in lending to apparel and finance companies. In 2012, Lauren was recruited to join Bank Hapoalim, and for nine years served as a portfolio and relationship manager, where she handled a diverse C&I portfolio. 

Lauren is a graduate of Dartmouth College with a B.A. in Economics, and NYU Stern School of Business with an MBA in Finance.

Max Furman is Managing Director, Head of SaaS for MBG’s Commercial and Industrial (C&I) Lending team. Max joined MBG in 2023 to establish and grow the SaaS and Direct C&I business lines.

Before joining MBG, Max worked at Grasshopper Bank, a leading digital banking platform, as SVP of Tech Banking, supporting investors and companies in the innovation economy. Prior to Grasshopper, Max spent over 11 years at BHI USA, where he was the Team Leader of the High Tech Department, working with international technology companies. 

Max is a graduate of Hosftra University with a B.S. in Finance, and a graduate of NYU Stern School of Business with a M.B.A. with specializations in Finance and Management of Technology Operations.

Arlene Santiago is a Vice President at MBG. She is responsible for growing the Bank’s deposit base and helping with business development. Arlene has over 13 years of experience in the Sales and Marketing sector. She spent over 10 years at JPMorgan Chase in the Private Client Division where she managed relationships, and advised high net worth and commercial clients in the North East region and internationally. During her tenure at JPMorgan Chase she was responsible for originating various banking and asset management products, lending solutions, and investment accounts.

Rose Faleyev is an Assistant Vice President at MBG. Rose brings 9 years of experience in Private Client Relationship management, where she was responsible for growing the bank’s deposits through acquisition of mass affluent clients.  Prior to joining MBG, Rose was a Premier Client Manager at Flushing Bank managing a $30 million portfolio that she built from scratch at a brand-new retail location.  Joining JPMorgan Chase as a Private Client Banker she continued to advise high net-worth clients with an increased focus on business and investments addressing such matters as cash flow management, lending solutions, and capital preservation. Rose graduated from Baruch College with B.A. in Marketing.
